What is an ATS?
An applicant tracking system: the software that collects applications, turns every resume into plain text and lets recruiters search it. When the text comes out garbled, the resume can drop out of the search before anyone reads it.
Is my file sent anywhere?
No. The check runs in your browser. The file leaves your device only if you choose to fix it in the editor.
What does the score mean?
How reliably the text comes out of the file, from 0 to 100. It does not predict whether you get the job.
Why paste the job posting?
